17 years.

I specialize in
helping early stage companies grow and scale effectively, while protecting company culture.

My time has been spent building and leading teams in the SaaS startup space.

regardless of the industry, the product, the team, or the role:

it always comes down to the human at the center.

Outside of work

I’m an avid sports fan and I come by it honest, born in the church of Hurricanes hockey and Kentucky basketball.

I spend my time hiking,

reading (a lot), and advocating for those who are justice-system involved.

And I’m a proud aunt

to a bunch of tiny humans who get to do whatever they want when I’m around.
